Creating an Operational Copy of Your Certificate Key Pair - Netscape 4.x

 
 

 

To Create an Operational Copy of your certificate:

1. Click the "Security" button in the toolbar.
2. In the left frame, click "yours".
3. Highlight your certificate.
4. Click the "Export" button on the right-side.
5. Type in your password as prompted (three times).
6. Select the location to store your exported certificate (recommend that you store it on a diskette).
7. Enter filename such as your last name.
8. Click "Save".
9. Click "OK".
